Refund not processed on time and I was cheated

Hello Team! I hope you can help me. I purchased two eye gears from Lenskart in July and made Debit Card payment. The product was highly diagusting hence, I returned them and requested for a refund. They assured that I will get the refund in 7- 10 working days. I waited for over 10 working days but still didn't get the refund. I sent them an email and called them multiple times but they never acknowledged my concern and are asking me to contact the bank. WHY SHOULD I CONTACT THE BANK???? I have asked for a compansation of Rs. 2 lakhs because I was not treated as a valued customer.

Request you to please help me get the compasation amount.
