Receiving wrong products complaint I have ordered Car wheel-cap in Paytm.

Hi Sir,
I have ordered Car wheel-cap in Paytm. and there is no "CashOnDelivery" option. Since I like product very much, I have placed order on 5th Feb (Order# 4572378097)

But I received WRONG-PRODUCT on 8th Feb evening. If I call customer-care, they asking me to request 'RETURN' and they will refund the money, where it takes again 4-5days itseems.
If I ask for same product replacement what it has been shown in Website, they telling "they dont have replacement policy" itseems.

Why they doing this with customer, by keeping our Own-Money for many days and sending Wrong-Product.
