Helo sir /madam I purchased a Milton thermoflash from Paytm online authorized milton store last months, I received a defective products, I email to milton India, and by email conversession he told me service centre situated in bhubaneswar will be contacted to you soon and be cool,, I wait last 11days but no call no sms no emails,,,.. The milton india not responding my complain,,,.. I also visit local authorised distributors named""MAA LAXMI HOME APPLIANCE" " HE refused to accept my problems and critisise me because I purchased from a online store...
