Local Movie Theater Selling food items above the MRP

Hi,
This is to highlight that a Cinema theater named - Lakshmi Theater in Tavarekere, BTM Layout 1st Stage, Bangalore (Full Address in the screenshot) is fearlessly selling food items such as Cold drinks, Biscuits, etc. above the MRP. For every items they are charging 10/- rupees extra like a Frooti juice of MRP 20/- Rs in 30/- Rs and a biscuit of MPR 10/- in 20/-. When I questioned the canteen guy that why are you selling these in above MRP? Who asked you to sell in above MRP?...The guy fearlessly/Confidently said that we sell this daily and main (Himself) bola hun sell karne. I don't have any proof such as bills as they do not provide it. I was unable to record a video too because they are the local residents and was risky for me to work it out further with them. So, I request you to get this investigated and take strict action against this theater to stop this corruption.
