Harrasment calls from Tikona internet broadband connection

My registered mobile number is 9643844815 and user id- 1114934692 the connection is in a name of Ruchika saxena , mayur vihar phase 1 , delhi -132103
I was a tikona broadband user. I was using tikona at mayur vihar phase 1 - delhi in the year 2015. I was suffring from reccuring Internet disconnection issue since the first day. The Internet use to disconnect and come back after a while , and sometimes no Internet for a day or two.
I am afraid to tell , i would have complaint about this issue more than 100+ to tikona officers , they only gave assurance and transfer my call from one to another and result i use to waste 30 mins daily solving this issue.
I even talked to one of your supervisor and he assured me to solve this issue and also provide me that he will provide me a discount in my next billing cycle .
I trusted him for the last time and waited for his commitments to get resolved.
I mailed him again , taked to customer care several times but my issue was not resolved.
But , unfortunately nothing got resolved and i was gave up with tikona , and ask for a disconnection request.
As said by your customer team my disconnection request was submitted and my internet was supposed to be disconnected by my next billing cycle.
Moreover , i asked him to take back the devices but he denied and said to keep it with me.
I shifted from mayur vihar to noida after a month, and then my sister in law started getting calls and message to pay the bills .
I was surprised because i was in advance rental for 3 months and after that the internet was supposed to be disconnected. But they said they have not disconnected it and i have to pay the bill .
I told them again the full case, and they said okay, you don't need to pay and i am registering a complaint against it .
Today as on 23 august 2016 , my sister in law receive a call from a mobile number (9582058142) , the person was threatening to pay the bill and he claims to be a tikona officer and she has been receiving such kind of calls since long. They also know her date of birth and every details registered with tikona
I am very frustrated from your service and this case has not only came to a fake billing charges , but also repeatitely receiving harrasment calls from tikona .
I urge to look into this matter very seriously and solve this issue is possible from your end or i have to take help of the police department .
