I purchased a dell g3 15 laptop which costs 95000 it had several performance issues i registered complain but dell closed all complains without resolving it. system has power issues charger gets disconnected and connected on its own screen flickers .i do reserach work i purchased this laptop on Emi for my work now its useless its within warranty period. Dell service engineer sent a refurbished motherboard which didn't even turned on.atlest they should provide a new motherboard if it fails within warranty period . Old refurbished motherboard cost less thab half of the price of laptop thats just consumer harassment.its been a month they have not resolved and they say they have closed the service request from their side!!
