I have subscribed for 6 months subscription from October 2016 onwards (Sr. no TCB 2015-16 328737). But the vendor is not accepting coupons and demanding payment. He has taken Rs.450/- from us. Either my booking amt should be refunded or the vendor should return the money. Kindly look into the matter. My vendor is Verma News Agency (Zirakpur).
