I have purchased Dining Sets (Table + 6 chair) vide invoice No-SFN7172133-31090 dated 13.08.2021 and paid amount of Rs. 28,799 in advance.
SARAF Furniture supplied broken chair (Chair leg was broken in two pieces) and defective table top. After that i made a complain regarding the same vide Complain No-182411. They promise to replace the product. Every time they promise to replace the products but every time they extend the time. Till this time i could not get the replaced product. Noe i need Rs. 100000/ for mental harassments.
