Received unsatisfactory mobile phones and refused to give my money back

Hello, i placed my order on 31 may, 2016 for 2 nokia phones (nokia n95 and nokia n96). the deadline of the delivery is 9 june, 2016 but i received that 2 products on 14 june, 2016 because only of the seller request as i firstly marked "item not received" on 10 june because of non delivery till deadline and after that i cancel that option only for the seller request that to please approve the package. after that on 14 june when the mobile phones was delivered after deadline date the products are not satisfactory.in the mobile phone nokia n95 (the nokia n series written on back side of mobile phone is faded and as the seller says that the mobile phone is made in finland but there is no mark of made in finland on anywhere in mobile phone. and i didn't satisfied with the quality of the camera. there is no seal pack of the box of the mobile phone as the seller told me that for the case of the imported phones the seal pack has been opened by the customs officer and also they already told me before purchase that there is no bill provided for the case of the imported mobile phones, they already told me that 2 things before purchase, but i trust him because i have no knowledge about the imported phones. the seller told me that this is imported phone but the ebay customer care tell me that this is not imported phone as i have audio clip of that call recording. i raise the claim on the ebay guarantee to give my money back and to return the mobile phones. but the ebay guarantee rejected the claim because of they said me that your listed problems (nokia n series faded on back side of mobile phone, camera quality is not satisfied, nothing written that where is it made) have not falls under ebay guarantee and after that rejected my claim on 27 june 2016 and they harassed me manytimes they always want 24-48 hours and never respond within that. they told me to mutually solve the problem with seller but seller did nothing and he told me that i am busy with other customers i have no time for you. the mobile phone price is rs 6499 and they refused to give back my hard earned money. then how can i do now. please help me in this case. i also have proof photos of the descried problems. please take strict actions against this company immidiately. the paisapay id of product is 42723453456 and claim id is 2071687. Now the eBay told me to reship the second mobile phone Nokia n96 (item Id:301968293795, Paisa pay I'd:2071697) so that they can give refund to me but they again harasses me for give me refund and now they always told me that they firstly confirm from the seller but the dtdc courier says that it has been delivered but they didn't do anything. Please help me and save my money. The courier number of sent product is V28238847 via dtdc.
