Indane Gas Consumer , non-receipt of gas subsidy or no subsidy has been deposited

since I became indane gas consumer, no subsidy has been deposited to my s/b. a/c. at my banker, Indian bank. while my gas dealer and banker both are claiming that adhar linkage has been done by them. but where my subsidies are being deposited??
