Sir, I am Adv Suvarna Karpe here. I had purchased two pairs of shoes in your high street phoenix,Lower Parel, Mumbai 13, bearing Bill no 271260 dated 29/3/2019 at21.14.28 for Rs.4131/- but one of the shoes are damaged within one month's and 10 days period. I am very regret to say that your name is very reputed but I purchased a third class of quality shoes from your shop. I am not satisfied from your goods as within one month it was damaged. Please give your customer best quality as you take a big amount for third class quality.
