Complaint against Hotel Vivor, Kohima for Excess Charge

I paid advance of Rs 15,222 to Hotel Vivor on Aug 17th, 2017 for 3 nights
I arrived at Hotel on Dec 4th and I was NOT advised that rates have increased to Rs 6,596 when I Checked In.
On Dec 5th evening I was informed that rates are Rs 6,596/night. I protested and Checked Out on Dec 6th morning as the increased rate was NOT acceptable to me
The Hotel refunded only Rs 1,216 to me and balance of Rs 6596-5074=1522 x 2 = Rs 3,044 is still due to me.
Kindly advise how to get the refund of Rs 3,044
