Complaint against AL Sadique Restaurant for overcharging a 300ml Pepsi bottle (charged me 25 instead

Recently, I went to Al Sadique Restaurant near to Coles Park, Frazer Town, Bangalore and I had a 300ml Pepsi along with dinner. He charged me INR 25 for that bottle. Suspecting foul play I asked him to show me the MRP which was INR 18. When I protested and warned him to complain against him, he said that this is Common in all bangalore restaurants. On being pestered further he eventually charged me 20 for the bottle. Further When I asked him for bill he clearly denied me and instead handed me a chit where he mentioned the Pepsi and the amount he took for it which is hereby attached.
