Hello sirs, I bought a Bajaj Avenger 150 in the name of my wife Mitali Goswami from Barpeta Road Bajaj Dealer Anirban Enterprise on 29th April 2017 availing HDFC two wheeler loan. I did the first servicing at Rahul Auto Agency Pathsala in due course of time. But on 15th October the Horn and headlight stopped working. So on 16th October I went to Rahul Auto Agency Pathsala and changed a fuse as the mechanic advised and kept it in my home premises. When I started it on 18th October the same problem occurred and rushed to Rahul Auto Agency. They again changed the fuse but tied a wire in it. Though I found it weird but they convinced me to go ahead with it. As I start riding it I saw flames coming out from wires near the handle and immediately stopped and pushed it to Rahul Auto Agency Again. And from that day onwards I was running for my bike to get repaired but of no result. But after lying there for almost a month they delivered it to Anirban Enterprise Barpeta Road. Though the service centre manager from Barpeta road is constantly in touch with me throughout but I feel cheated by the behaviour of Rahul Auto Agency. As i have mentioned that i bought it with bank finance i an regularly paying the instalments without having it with me. I am losing my business to as i could not travel to anywhere without it or paying more for the travel. Therefor i request you kindly to help me come out of the situation and make Rahul Auto Agency Pathsala to be more responsible towards the Customers.
