Manzoor Ahmed c/o Aasm carpet emporium located at downtown sopore took advance payment of Rs. 72,000 inr via online transaction for stairs project of our house. He is not ready to even give reciepts for the payment taken but we have complete bank proof for the transaction. He installed the steel stairs but the work is a total disaster(pictures attached). Despite 20 reminders since last month to complete the pending work which is substandard and not as per our accepted terms, he didn’t finish any work all.
And in return he is bullying us, showing arrogance, threatening us of dire consequences if we take this matter to consumer court or police, lying and bullying.
I urge and request the honorable authority to take strong action against this crook for harassing and threatening customers.
