Purchased Sports HD SH 12 wireless Bluetooth Headphone from Amazon Services with Order ID: 171-17777230-23337955 Dated 13 January costing Rs. 489 which is still not delivered and when I asked for a refund they said to wait for 2 weeks. They created so much of mental tension for me.
My product is under Amazon Guarantee and they are responding properly creating harassment for me
I wanted to put a legal case Against them with Claim so that they don't do this against any other person
Contacted seller many times but no response from him. Amazon is not taking responsibility and mentioning that its a sellers product he will give claim.
