The order no. is 15970368139018410A. Placed the order through the JioMart mobile app on 10th Aug, received delivery of all other items except a rice bag of 25 Kgs. The item named "Daily Delight Rice 25kg" was never delivered in spite of so many complaints. Each time an email follow-up was done, a new service request was provided. They have a whatsapp support, which is BOT based and not manual to attend to any complaints, same is the case with their phone number, gives only recorded responses.
