Dear Sir,

I have purchase a smartphone through www.flipkart.com. the Airtel ready 4G sim card was free along this smartphone. i have follows the instruction to upgrade my sim from 2G to 4G. But after successful upgradation of my mobile no.9612702383. The sim was neither function properly nor show network symbol.I wrote to Bharti Airtel regarding this Issues on 18/04/2016 and in replied they assured me that the problem have been registered with reference number C4GDA3041809915400 and the same would be resolved by 19-04-2016. But the Problem remain unsolved. when I again remind them regarding my Issues on 21/04/2014 they have again replied that the Re-registered with reference number RPROV5042126636800 and the same would be resolved by 25-04-2016.But This time also the problem remain unsolved. On 26/04/2016 I againg asking for solution this time they again given me a time period of 72 hours for informing me about my problem.


This contact number 9612702383, I am using from last 7 years and was given to people for contacting me and other businesses. From last 10 Days, I was unable to contact my friends and family. their poor services and delay in solving my problems led to mental harassment to me and my family also.

As we were unable to contact each other. you can imagine the situation. In today's life the importance for mobile.
