I have order food worth of 795 for my fiancy who is staying in different adress from zomato..but without knowingly i have entered the wrong adress. When i came to it was still in the preparation stage in the restaurant. At that moment itself i informed zomato and asked for the change of delivery address. They told me to call to the restaurant. I called and they said that they cannot provide the delivery of food to the requested address. And they told me that they will going to cancel the order and they said i will get refund. Then i got cl from zomato agent he told me that i will get my refund within two days. From yesturday i am following with them via chat email. But they are now refusing for the refund. And not responding properly. They have only contactede earlier if i want to speak them now they says that we are available only through chat.
This is disgusting and make me even more angrier.
Plz kind a serious action on zomato they are cheating customers. Please help me to get my hard earned money back.
