Cheating through gold scheme and High making charge on gold ornament

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Roopa M M W/O Manjunath Swamy M B, I have been a regular customer of Kalyan Jewellers India Limited from last 10 years and on and off I had been the customer of gold schemes with Kalyan Jewellers. In the month of Feb 2019 I purchased necklace with the weight 28.69 gram by closing the gold scheme of worth INR.55000 (scheme was in the name of My daughter Trishika) and paying remaining amount through exchange of old necklace and remaining amount by card (for details receipt attached) which had INR.31301 making charges @ 37% , after which I opened another scheme with INR.5000 in the name of due to forgetfulness I skipped making payment due to which 2 installment couldn't be paid, which suppose to end by January 2020. I could able to pay only 9 installments the total amount amassed INR. 45000.00, Due to my work commitments, I could not able to visit showroom to buy ornaments in the months of February and March 2020. Meanwhile Covid19 started spreading and whole country locked down. Before and After the lock down is over no one from the company has contacted me and spoke about giving any help and I only called twice or thrice and asked about the schemes, after contacting regularly employee of Kalyan jewellers asked me to visit show room to close it and will help me by giving maximum benefit of the scheme. I visited Kalyan jewellers, show room at Hubli on 23rd July 2020, Asked them to return the amount and they clearly rejected my please so I thought discussing with these people will not be beneficial and I purchased the bracelet of 11 gram with out asking anything, Please refer the receipts which has all the purchase details and also making charges of INR.15875 @30%. My concern is what kind of benefit I got from the schemes and how Kalyan jewellers have given the benefit for hard earned money of INR. 45000, also I paid huge making charges of more than 30% now and whopping 37% for my previous purchase (receipt attached dated 18/02/2019). Since from January 2020, I left my hard earned money of INR. 45000 with Kalyan Jewellers with out any interest. In January 2020 the gold price was 3900plus. Now I purchased at 4815 per gram and also with the additionally paying 30% more as making charge. No one from the company employee contacted and cared about a customer and his sentiments. During this tough time not a single call I received about our money lying with them, I have contacted them by raising complaint on their website as well, I did not received any response for that also, Don't these Jewellery company have respect for customers view and their sentiments. I request you humbly to help me by taking right action on this firm in Over Pricing the making charges and not giving any interest benefit or any other form of benefit for the amount left with them for more than 7 months and Also help me in reimbursement of the extra amount what I paid and give the required justice for the mental asylum and financial distress I gone through by these schemes.
Note: These people put more amount on invoice and take INR.3000 to 5000 from customers.
