Harassed for 6 months for purchasing a dell Laptop

I purchased a Dell Laptop from Amazon.in on 5th November 2018.There were faults in the keyboard and Amazon got the laptop replaced. But to my surprise the replaced laptop had similar problem and Amazon.in requested me to contact dell regarding the issue. On discussing the issue with dell personnel they promised to change a few parts in the system. The issue was still not resolved and they again tried by replacing a few parts. They still could not resolve the issue and asked me to visit a nearby service centre which I did.
On visiting the service centre in Andheri the issue was still not resolved as they were clueless about the issue.
On requesting several times over calls, chats and mails and reporting the issue in the dell forum the authorities promised to have my system replaced over again.
On 15th February 2019 they picked up the laptop from me through DTDC courier. They promised to send the replacement by 24th March 2019 but still they are clueless about the shipment.
I have been pestered and harrassed for almost 6 months now for this.
