Standing in traffic and the taxi driver damaging the bumper

The taxi driver of the electric car number: DL52GD2936 bumped his car into the bumper of my car from behind while the car was standing in the traffic . The driver was rude and didn’t even park the car to the side. The entire bumper was damaged and no remorse from the driver. Kindly make compensation and take strict action against the driver. This incident took place in south Delhi area at nearly 12 pm on the 3/4/23.
