Loss/damage reimbursement amount not received

Dear sir/ma'am

I have booked a shipment with
Delhivery approx 2-3months back and was booked for carrier risk but while the shipment was delivered it was in damaged condition

So I mailed to the support team and provided all the details they asked me

But Still after taking many fall ups they haven't given me the reimbursement amount


I'm providing the lr number which was booked
