My cousin brother purchased a laptop for me. And he did the first setup at official store only to check the configuration of the laptop. Than he packed it back and send it to me after few days. I got the laptop around 26 or 27 of April. Nd just after few days of usage my laptop start lagging nd hanging. And showed me a failure Id. Now the issue is becoming more nd more complicated. I have lost my data multiple times. And i lost a project on which I was working from 18 to 19 days. Now they are just reparing it again and again. But this time they make me wait for around 25 days. This laptop is faulty but they do not refunding my amount. They just keep me waiting. And that project was a professional project. I use to get 18k amount for that website I was working on. But due too curropting windows issue i lost my data multiple times. I need my refund back. Just this is my last decision. They just changing parts with low quality spare parts.
