Order was never delivered after online payment !! They are making fool.

I have placed an order with Milkbasket on 15 Feb 2019. According to the app they will deliver the product on 16 Feb before 7 AM. Amount was already got deducted however I have not received my order also there is no way to communicate with them. Contact number provided is an IVR and no response. Not getting response from chat as well. I have spent 500 ruppes. Also as per them I will receive cashback of 500 RS if paid by Paytm wallet. But nothing like promised. They are making fool.
