Courier lost, sent a courier-parcel to Jabong-Gurgaon from Coimbatore

I sent a courier-parcel to Jabong-Gurgaon from Coimbatore on 24/06 and they returned the product back as the return center of Jabong was shifted to Delhi.However the product has not reached me yet and its been a month.Its lying somewhere in Bangalore flyking office as per the online records and now the Jabong staffs have denied to accept the return as its been a month and their return policy is 15 days.

Flyking customer care in Mumbai (+91-022-28372020) is so unhelpful and they keep telling me to contact Coimbatore office.This is one of the worst services I have ever experienced.

There is no reply to the complaints posted on your website,facebook or twitter.I however received a response on facebook to send email to siddharth@flyking.co.in and I even emailed my complaint to that email.

I have sent the complaint letter to the local office as well as head office and there is no reply.

Now I do not want the parcel as its of no use to me, reimburse me the cost of the product Rs 2599-UCB shorts blue.
