Dear Sir/Madam Please my mobile not physical damage, actually physical damage of mobile -break the glass or display problem. But my mobile was not damage the glass and display. i have complaint in Mi Store Authorised centre and Customer Care centre Incident ID no 171226-006901. They are not given new mobile actually my mobile was top to bottum bend in mobile charging time very heavy heat.
