Poor Product issue with sangeeta mobile, nizamabad town Telengana

After heuristic research, suggestion I bought wind1 @ sangeeta mobile, nizamabad town Telengana. To my disappointment first of all the sales representative is highly illiterate, misleading about lyf device.
2. Their claims r false.they don't have knowledge about device, they cited useless, stupid reasons.I being into software,IT professional they explained, escaped with irrelevant replies.
3. The device is being hanged after every operations and task r not killed.
4.v tried all combinations, permutations to make it corrected, but failed.

As I was,am to gift to one of my nephews today I am highly disappointed, saddened as my promise is diluted momentarily. This day is ever remembered as gifting today was highly prioritised for personal reasons.
Pls help, timely is humbly requested. I may not suggest anybody to get attracted to such offers of high misleading. Device wind1 is highly disappointing and needs improvement.
