Reference to the subject cited above, I, MOHAMMAD MUNEERUDDIN, residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, would like to bring a few lines for your kind consideration and information that I have submitted my passport along with required and concerned documents in Jeddah Consulate on 23rd March 2015, for change of my wife name, which was wrong and the same was forwarded to you with the file no. Jed/C/8E/405/2015 dated 25th March 2015 on 31st March 2015.
When I visited Indian Consulate in Jeddah after more than one month, they said that it is pending with Hyderabad Passport Office and on my request, a reminder with vide receipt no. SAUJP0093815 and their file no. 8E has been sent to you (copy attached) on 28th May 2015 to your official e-mail (rpo.hyderabad@mea.gov.in). Moreover, I have lodged a complaint through the same e-mail (copy attached) on 6th June 2015.
For my astonishment, still no there is response from you, Kind Authority and here I am in need my passport to avail my vacation.
Hence, I kindly urge you to instruct the concerned to expedite the matter to resolve my long pending issue.
Your earliest action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
