This is Ramesh Yadav. I am a Insurance Agent in your Kotak Life Insurance company in kolkata . I enrolled myself as an Agent in 2015 but i think that it is no longer be because of some problem, i am not able to carry on my duty further and my family needs me more this time but I am far away from them. This is a big problem for me. So i request you to withdraw my name from your enrolment list and make me free from your job . my insurance code is 8822944XX6.
So do justice with me and issue NOC regarding this matter.
