Flipkart send me a fake product copy of Mi basic headphone

I bought a one mi basic head phone in Flipkart's Big Billion Days, sale .which arrived to me on October 20, 2020 when I opened its box, I saw a defect in the headphones, both headphones were on the right side and I had this headphone. When I contacted Mi Care to replace it, they said that this phone is local because there was no Mi symbol on the box and the barcode was also fake which was sent by the Mi Care person, it did not happen, after that I got this Complaint Flipkart. When put to the people, Flipkart Care told me that we do it in 2 days, then they speak in 2 days. They are insisting that the product of the cellar should be returned and not any action on the cellar
