    Hi I stay in singapore and had registered for Indian subscription of ditto TV for iOS pack for month
    It was accepted and whenever I log in ditto TV iOS apps it boots me out saying I have no subscription plan are there two separate apps for SINGAPORE or INDIA ?. Pl advise if so pl provide us app for india ditto TV as that is what I have subscribed too and invoiced too

    I requested the service team 21 st March 2016 to solve my problem of connection error "YOU ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED" even after i paid 2 times from my credot card. The service team send me a big list to fill up and i send all required items from the list. Now after 12 days of payment theu are not responding. I requested them to refund the money if they can not resolve my problem.

    My feelings about this company is that tbey are taking payments through internet based transactions and not respond to tje customer. Please enquire about this company and ask them to return my payments.

    Please note my customer ID as assigned by Ditto TV was 66948233148.

    I am ready provide any information required in this regard.
