Hi,
Request your attention towards my expereince of purchaing an LG Air Conditioner with the dealer "Sathya Agencies" at Karaikudi in Sivaganga District , Tamil Nade.
The A/C Unit was purchased during OCT 2018, the bills details of which are available as attached.
Recently i faced issues in the air conditioning unit and called up the service center to address the same, the request id for the same is ___________________.
Based upon the inputs from the Service agent , i got an update that i was sold a damaged unit and the service agent suspects that the damage apparently due to a rat bite which was covered up with a tape.
Kindly treat this as urgent and help me to replace the unit with a new one in order to avoid any future issues with the A/C Unit.
