    Hi Team,

    I ordered Samsung/Mi 20800mAh powerbank with Samsung 32 GB Memorycard & Sony Headphone in combo offer.

    But I received Samsung 16800mAh powerbank (2 Nos), In that one is not working and another one is too old and it is already used by someone(lot of scratches).

    Then the headphone I received is not sony, It is a local company and noise is coming.

    The memory card also already used by someone, when I open the memory card it contains hindi songs & videos.

    Kindly refund the amount and don’t cheat the customers like this.

    i have got a defected power bank. I have ordered 16800 mah Samsung power bank but i have received an unserviceable 25000 mah powerbank.
    it doesn't have any battery backup also printed company name is fake. Please resolve the issue and order the company to take it back and refund the amount.
