Send me wrong replacement product

I claim my warranty of boat 3.5mm male to male aux cable. It took them whole one month to send me replacement product but they send me wrong replacement product at the end. My whole one month of my is completely wast.they send me boat Usb micro cable instead of aux cable.its since 2 days they didn't reply my emails and there contact number didn't work. There is no possibil way to contact them now. They completely ditch me.my boat complaint ticket number is 1345020 and my E-mail is gauravsingh5231@gmail.com
