Regarding Poor Quality Gas Burner, Naitik Home Appliances & Arpit Steel Center

Dear Sir,This is to update you that we purchased Gas Burner from Arpit Steel Center (Rail Outlet of Naitik Home Appliances) against Invoice No. 1138 Dt. 05-11-2018 GST No. 08ABHPJ2976JIZ9. One of burner is faulty having manufacturing defect due to which flame coming out and many times during cooking she suffered injuries for which we informed the retailer. Now retailer is conveying that he cannot do anything and we need to buy new gas burner and he unable to replace the same. Please look into the same and take strict action in this regards against manufacturer and the retailer.
