Respected sir/madam,
I have purchased a residential plot in HL City last year. Registration process is done in Feb 2018. HL City give me a service certificate in respect of my plot that all basic facilities like sewer, water supply and other work are completed. But til date the basic facilities are not provided. I remind them many times but no use . Sewer water is running through back side of my house. I have completed my house and occupation certificate is also alloted to me on September 2018. A big dug is near my house . I am totally disappointed and harassed by HL City.
