Refused to give refund after giving product back within 35 hours

It is regarding my purchasing at Adidas shop at ADIDAS SHOP Nayan international shop no 21 first floor and amp no 160 celebration mall udaipur 313001 Rajasthan. I purchased it on 8 April 2022 8.58 pm and I have been there for refund on 10/04/2022. But shop manager refused to refund my money. It is not legal answer he given me, it is not under Indian constitution. I have not used the product , all batches and price tags and other tags are intact still they refused to refund money. They said Adidas does not refund money which is absurd and illegal .
I want refund of amount 5999/- which product is no use of me as it was not as per my requirement. And none of its similar product of adidas is as per my requirement so I would go for some other brand for same product.Invoice number 231226T10SC00121 for my all purchases. Just need your help to refund my 5999Rs . If you are not able to refund me this amount. Looking forward for positive reply.
