Refuse to accept return / exchange of Bed delivered damaged

Hi,
My order number is 44366 with www.woodenstreet.com I had ordered for. Ferguson Hydraulic bed but on their app in product material they haven’t mentioned that part of the bed shall be in MDF. Also, the bed which is delivered is damaged with scratches etc but the company is telling us such damage is minor and generally happens in transit.
My bill amount was approx 55K and am seeking for the same to be returned and the bed taken back from my house.
