Prestige company - Damage piece as well as not providing service

I purchased a gas stove of this company thinking that it is the best but i was wrong they have the worst product.
The Day we installed the stove its knob started stucking. We had complaint in the company and their service man visited and just applied some type of oil and he just went.
But this was not solution, We faced the problem again and this time it was more worst. We again has complaint in the company and this time he changes the knobs and on the same day evng when my mom was cooking smthing..suddenly the whole stove was on fire my mom just shouted.. we immiatialy called that same service man and he told not to use that particular knob, could another one.
Later my mom was using another knob amd the stove was again on firebamd from that day we all are menatlly disturbed
Next daybthe technician visited and while he was checking and suddenly broke the pipe from beneath the stove and he took the pipe with himself assuring that he will return within 2 days with new pipe..
And its been more than 15 days and he still not visited
