I have purchased Safari luggage bag in 2016 which covers 5 yrs warranty now handle of the bag is broken and they have approved my replacement but 30 days are over I didn't get bag and NOW THERY ARE not responding my calls and emails....
They are absolutely doing FRAUD UNDERSECTION 447 AS THEY ARE JUST MAKING FRAUD STATEMENT TO THE CUSTOMER THAT BAG COVERS 5 YRS WARRANTY..
WAITING FOR YOUR EARLIER REPLY AND POSTIVE ANSWER..
