A counselor named Govind told us that whole package (learn + doubt + test series) will cost us ₹50,000 but we refused his offer.
Then another counselor named Rahul Trivedi contacted us offering the same package in ₹40,000.

Told us that because we don't need test series now these test series services will be activated from November onwards. And activated just 'learn and doubt' services.

I paid him ₹7,000 through my debit card + ₹3,000 cash and rest of the ₹30,000 was financed through bajaj finserv Ltd.
Later when I called on their customer care, I came to know that there's no test series in my package, And there won't be any in future.

After that I called them many times to complaint about this fraud done by their counselor but it's been a whole month and they are not taking any actions.

I'm getting sick of calling them again and again.

All I want is to get my test series activated or take your package back and give me a refund of ₹10,000.

Because without test series this package is a complete waste for me.
