Hello, I took part in trialathon2020 https://www.townscript.com/e/trailathon-2020-413424
as per their webpage, all participants will get a jacket. On bib collection day, they didn't had the said size and said, we will courier it post event, noted down all the relevant details.
It's been almost a month I have not received jacket from them. I have written many follow up mails but they have stopped responding after initial response.
In the last communication, they asked for my size, I was happy, soon I will get my jacket but haven't received any.
This entails to deficiency in services. They have only email id to contact with them, there is no phone number or address
Please help me in getting my jacket
