Defective product and very casual response from the company causes burns and property damage

We bought a cooktop (USHA EBNEO 3003SS) on 12th of December 2109.we have been complaining about the product since 16th of December 2019.Till today 11 complains has been made. The technician comes and mends the product it works for some day and the same leakage problem arises.one of our family members' saree caught fire due to this. We are making the complain again and again but the company (USHA INTERNATIONAL) is not responding in the proper way.
