Complaint to Tukzer-iStuff Mumbai Decieving customers in the name of replacemnet

I have brought tukzer lightning connector cable from flipkart and it got a warranty of 1year.After couple if months the cable was not working properly and i reached Tukzer team which is dealt by iStuff they said to send the product to them so they will replace it with new.Then i have done sent the product to them.After couple of days wait i got a package from the same istuff tukzer team and shocked to see that they didn't replaced the product instead they have sent me the same defective product that which i have sent them for the replacement.No replacement was done.They tried cheating customer.I want the refund immediately or else replace the product instantly.
