BATA Charged extra for the carry bag.

I purchased a pair of footwear from a BATA store in Kolkata. The cashier aaked me whether I need a carry bag or not. I needed it so he told that I would be charged 3 rs for that. I let him know that it is illegal to charge for carry bags if the company is environment friendly as per the Chandigarh High Court but I got charged deliberately.

I Just want justice and need my 3 rs back as well as 1000 for being manipulated and cheated.I also request the authorities for a strict actions againt these brands who charge for carry bags.
