Unprofessional & Unethical towards a customer & human being

This appears to be the last resort as all efforts to communicate both with the Maruti dealership - Future Auto Rishikesh and Dehradun and escalating to Maruti Corporation have failed ! There has been no effort on the part of the abovementioned parties to customer complaint resolution. This matter began in mid 2017- An improper diagnosis of car issue and thereby an inaccurate,as well as costly recommendations. Based on the trust & faith in Maruti brand (and its dealership network) one chooses to spend hard earned money on their product. While selling the car and it’s subsequent free services the parties act responsibly. Post that, unethical behaviour exhibited towards customers who are technically sound on internal mechanics of an automobile hence cheated. Please see the attached documents for the first complaint raised to Maruti Corp in October 2017. This details out the nature of complaint. Subsequently there have been numerous visits by me, as well as email communications with Future Auto. Almost on every occasion I have reached out. Even so the matter has not been rectified, neither any efforts to do so. Given this sort of treatment I resorted to the ‘escalation’ option in the Maruti Corp website.Subsequently another mail from Future Auto, this one implying the case is closed whereas it has not been . I am happy to provide all relevant documentation with regard to this case . Kindly assist
