Dear Sir ,
we have deposited Rs 4000 money for car driving taring at POONA MOTOR DRIVING SCHOOL , Chinchwad gaon & very next day we have asked them to refund as we want to cancel the deal .
Upon asking the office staff started arguing and says it's against policy.
This is private training school and as per consumer law they do not have rights to keep total money with out training with them when customer want to cancel the deal & need refund .
When we asked for manager or owner contact no . the staff started arguing in arrogant way .
He straight away refused to give his boss no & said i don't have his no & he is coming weekly. Also he said i don't know his name .
When asked for Owner details he said i don't know anything but him (his name & no) which is not at all possible .
This clearly shows they are fooling customers
Shocked to hear that working staff doesn't know the name to whom they are reporting .
It clearly shows they do not want to return the money & given fake reply.
It will be great if you will take some strict action as this POONA MOTOR DRIVING SCHOOL , chinchwad .

I have took admission for car driver training in new chaitanya driving school in December 2022 till date I am having learning licence only still they have not processed my permanent licence in between I met with accident my car got damaged & insurance company declined my claim due to learning licence for this can I file case on driving school for my Car damages.?
