hi there,
this is to inform you that i have been fooled by the reliance big tv dth. about seven months ago i booked an dth connection online at their website with rs. 500 advance booking payment, and it says at there website that it will not take more than 30-45 days to install the connection. but after toomany emails sent to their seniors at provided email and contacting plenty times at their tollfree number, i have been continuesly tol that your dth connection will be installed this week. but unfortunately nothing happens and i have been promised every time. kindly help me getting my money back or get the dth installed as soon as possible. thank you.
