I, Saurabh Kumar Dwivedi, booked a set top box of independent tv through online from www.independenttv.com , with registered mobile number 9370273843 and got customer id 1006284713 on 03 Dec 2018.I have order this item in 2000 rs. I have not got my set top box till now. While calling to customer care, they always says wait for one week again and again. At the end after one month I installed another set top box. I am frustrated now and want money back I want my money refunded to my account , account number 30528493470 ifsc code SBIN0003929.thank you.
